A fresh , peachy and spicy sour. Slightly inspired by the state of Georgia for the peach and spice , I wanted to soften it up with some vanilla , also to make the sweet and tropical flavors pop up, and finished by adding some lemon bitter to break all the sweetness of the vanilla and peach juice.

Absolut Tabasco, Peach juice, Vanilla syrup, Rinquinquin pêche, Fresh lime juice, Foamer, Lemon bitter, Peach bitter
