We are an Asian inspired restaurant where experimentation is at the heart of what we do, especially when it comes to cocktails. We love playing with unexpected flavours and creating drinks that complement the food, while still standing strong on their own. That’s how we came up with a cocktail featuring Absolut Tabasco. It’s a drink that works beautifully with food pairing, but is just as enjoyable as the perfect start to an evening — or a refreshing way to bring it to a close. It’s fresh, vibrant and refreshing, with a subtle spicy kick that keeps you coming back for another sip. A little unexpected, a little adventurous, and very much in the spirit of our restaurant.
