The Millennial’s Breakfast was created to capture the chaotic, ironic energy of a generation that treats brunch like a sacred ritual. For generations, the classic Bloody Mary has been the ultimate brunch survival tool: vodka, tomato and spice, designed to get you through the morning after whatever life threw at you. And, of course, a perfect way to make the Absolut Tabasco shine. But millennials have always been good at redefining the classics. So why not give this morning ritual an update with another product that defines our beautiful generation: avocado. Think about it. It’s a hard morning. You’ve just realised you’re not allowed to work from home today. The house you want to buy is completely unaffordable, and probably always will be. And, just to make things worse, the morning yoga class was fully booked. You need something spicy to wake you up. But you also need avocado toast to fill you up and give you that little dopamine hit that somehow makes everything feel slightly more manageable. So why choose? We decided to combine the two. The heat and kick of Absolut Tabasco, with the silky richness of avocado toast, all brought together in one glass. The Millennial’s Breakfast: because sometimes you need a cocktail, sometimes you need avocado toast, and sometimes you need both.
