SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE For many Belgians, Tabasco is a kitchen staple, especially for one classic, spaghetti bolognese. We turned that familiar combination into a sexy cocktail. Absolut Vodka and Tabasco are paired with a cordial of classic spaghetti spices, garlic, oregano and thyme, alongside Chianti for juicy depth, fresh tomato water for bright umami, and Amontillado sherry to evoke the savoury character of Parmesan. A dash of celery bitters adds vegetal freshness and a subtle salty edge. The result is a beautifully rosy cocktail, served with a hollow bucatini pasta straw, bringing the spaghetti experience straight into the glass.
